    The company has the optimization design capability of dynamic characteristics of "inverter - motor - spindle system - cutting loads" system. According to user needs, the spindle motor can be designed to achieve speed and torque characteristic optimization, as well as compact structure and heat generation minimization. Torque characteristics of the designed spindle motor when it puts into operation can meet the needs of the user.

    The company has the optimization design capability of static and dynamic characteristics of an electric spindle system. According to user needs, natural frequencies and mode shapes of the electric spindle system can be calculated accurately. Furthermore, the structure and rigidity of the bearing are adjusted to ensure dynamic characteristics of the electric spindle when it puts into operation to meet the needs of load behavior.

    The company has the quantitative design capability of speed, rotation accuracy, static and dynamic stiffness, and heat behavior of liquid suspension spindle bearings. Based on a deep understanding of the intrinsic properties of the bearing, the self-developed program is used to design hydro-hybrid bearing to meet the engineering needs.
